As the company grew, there was an urgent need to reimagine not only their external brand but their internal culture. Kadiko helped to transform Element Science from the inside out to truly represent their people, product, and brand. Element Science partnered with Kadiko for an internal alignment of vision, mission, and company culture to successfully scale into a commercial organization.

What started as a simple idea around the concept of a dodecagon turned into the entire ethos of Element Science. The dodecagon is multifaceted, with many different ways of being observed, translating to all aspects of the company.

Element Science’s people are diverse, with different approaches and expertise; their product saves lives, putting people first to allow them to enjoy life without fear; their brand is modern with reflection built-in for the onlooking audience to see and be seen.

The shape is engrained in Element Science, from internal culture to external brand language, visuals, and products. Their brand now reflects the many uncharted ways life can continue on with their life-saving product.
