The Catalight family of companies is one of the largest behavioral health networks in the nation with more than 8,000 practitioners serving 14,000 clients and families every day. Catalight provides access to innovative, individualized care services, clinical research, and advocacy.

Kadiko launched a digital campaign targeting the health insurance payer audience to promote awareness of Catalight’s services and generate responses. Catalight needed an engaging campaign that would drive business meetings to present Catalight’s services as the key to solving payer problems, reducing costs, and increasing access – with the goal of retaining Catalight’s services long-term.

The “Choose Your Path” campaign employed an Account Based Marketing strategy. Kadiko created a one-to-one target contact list, custom-developed from a variety of data sources. This data informed our approach across media channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, retargeting, trade publications, and email marketing. Besides the campaign, Kadiko also created a full website relaunch for catalight.org.

The campaign was driven by empathetic messaging, coupled with high-value white paper assets. The white papers communicated a consultative point-of-view on the industry to bring as much value as possible to the audience, thereby making the request for contact information a worthwhile exchange. Contact submissions were assessed for interest and connected with Catalight’s revenue operations teams.
